ASSISTANCE PLUS

Located on Hilton Head Island, SC, we serve all of Beaufort County. We are a “problem solving” agency, specializing in assisting local and long distance families to manage the care of their aging parents, spouses, and loved ones in our community. Additionally, seniors who are living alone benefit from our services which allows them to maintain their independence, as long as possible. Our staff includes several registered nurse care managers.
