The Preston Health Center, on the campus of The Cypress of Hilton Head, is a 58-bed, skilled-care facility that provides exceptional care in an upscale, resident-focused environment. 

The Preston is a Medicare-certified facility that provides short-term, long-term, and memory care services to both residents and non-residents of The Cypress community.
